PiYo: A New Beachbody Workout from Chalene Johnson

I don’t know if you’ve heard yet, but the workout world is abuzz about Chalene Johnson’s new workout program coming this June: PiYo! So what is PiYo? It’s a combo of Pilates and Yoga. A lot of people like to call it yoga for rebels!

I’m really excited for it’s release because I think it will be a great low impact workout that people have been searching for. It’s still high intensity — you will be sweating your booty off — but the low impact will be awesome for those with back and knee problems.

    Super excited! I just ordered it! Love love love Chalene, I’ve lost over 30 lbs with TurboFire and Chalean Extreme (CXT). Can’t wait for it to get here!
